Ticket queries

DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO ATTEND AND IS THERE A CHARGE FOR TICKETS?

You will need to pre-register for attendance but there will be no charge for attending FFX.

Remember to print out your ticket before you set off to FFX.

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET IN ADVANCE? 

We recommend printing your ticket in advance, allowing you to bypass any queues. Ticket printing is available on-site. 

CAN CHILDREN ATTEND FFX?

Yes, children are permitted to attend LAMMA. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. Children must have tickets with their own name on for health and safety.

ARE PETS ALLOWED AT FFX?

No dogs are permitted into the event, nor should they be left in your car. Only guide dogs and assistance dogs for the disabled are allowed on-site.

Contactless Services

P&J Live is a cashless venue. They will only accept contactless or card payments at our points of sale.

Be Kind

Please act responsibly, and be considerate to other visitors, giving them time and space where possible to move around the venue, and understand they may have different requirements to yours.

Can I bring my large handbag or backpack?

P&J Live take the safety of their customers very seriously, as such please allow extra time when arriving at the venue as there will be security measures in place;

Random searches and full bag searches will be in operation. No large handbags and no backpacks are permitted

We will not allow any large bags, backpacks, holdalls, luggage or computer bags into the arena, (Bags larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm will not be permitted).

Are there cash machines available at P&J Live?

There will be no cash machines on site, however contactless payments are welcome.

Travel queries

What bus can take me to P&J Live?

Regular buses will be coming in and out of the complex daily for public use. Details on bus routes and operators are still in discussion and any updates will be posted on the getting here page of the website.

Currently, the Stagecoach Bluebird Jet Service 727 runs regularly from Aberdeen City Centre to Aberdeen Airport, stopping in the TECA site.

How do I get to P&J Live from outside Aberdeen?

Getting into Aberdeen has never been easier with the completion of the new Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route.

P&J Live is located close to Aberdeen airport, six miles northwest of the city centre you can reach the venue using a range of transport options.

Where can I stay while visiting P&J Live/Aberdeen?

At P&J Live they have 2 on-site hotels are perfect for concert-goers, organisers and event delegates seeking the most convenient place to stay.

The adjoining hotel 4 Star Hilton, has 200 bedrooms, an executive lounge, restaurant and spa. There is a further on-site hotel the Aloft with 150 bedrooms. There are also over 11 hotels within a 5 minute drive from P&J Live available for use.

What's the closest hotel to P&J Live?

They have two on-site hotels, the Hilton at TECA and the Aloft at TECA. Please find more information on our on-site hotels  here.

What road can I enter P&J Live from?

You can enter via Dyce Drive or the A96 heading southbound (towards city centre). The A96 northbound and Wellheads Drive entry points are bus gates only. You may exit at all three points.

Parking at P&J Live

Is there parking available at P&J Live?

Yes, there is parking available on-site at P&J Live.

There are various ways to pay for your parking at P&J Live

On site payment machines: We accept both cash and card payments on site, pay on exit is required by entering your vehicle registration at any one of our machines located in the car parks. Please note payment machines only take coins and not notes.

APCOA Connect App: Up to 24 hour after you have left the venue, you can pay for your parking on the APCOA Connect App. Once you have downloaded the app, use location code 6680 for the Sub-T Car Park (underground) and location code 2356 for the Surface Car Park.

You can also pay for parking via the APCOA website here, click which car park you parked in and then you will be able to pay for parking.

Is there parking charges?

Up to 3 hours - £8.00

Up to 5 hours - £10.00

Can I drop off and pick up someone without paying parking fees

If you are dropping off or picking someone up from an event, please note the maximum wait time in our car parks is 20 minutes. Parking charges will apply if your car is within the car park for more than 20 minutes. This also applies if you cannot find a space, you will not be charged if you exit the car park within 20 minutes.
